All are invited to participate in this Ruck Walk hosted by the MHA Department of Veteran Affairs. This hike is to raise awareness about veteran suicide. Participants are encouraged to bring a 22lb bag to carry, in order to symbolize the 22 veterans a day who succumb to their battles with PTSD. Sign up, start adding weight and train up! See you all in September!
